DCP 95° DCS Plate Round Hole

The low-profile shape of 95° DCS Plate DCP lowers the risk of trochanteric bursitis and iliotibial band irritation (distal femoral fractures) (subtrochanteric fractures).

The two holes closest to the barrel enhance stability by allowing additional fixation of the most distal condylar fracture fragments or fixation of the most proximal subtrochanteric fracture fragments.

Specifications

  • The DCS are available with 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, and 18 holes, for varied clinical situations.
  • The two holes closest to the barrel accept 6.5 mm cancellous bone screws.
  • It is available in stainless steel and titanium. 
  • The DCS side plate’s CP holes allow for angulation of 4.5 mm cortical screws and axial compression across a shaft fracture.
