Q: What are your payment terms?
A: We accept payment in US dollars, unless otherwise specified in the quotation sent to you. Following options for payment are available: Full Advance Payment: This method is most desirable for small orders as it reduces the bank charges involved in other methods of payment. You may send Telegraphic Transfer (TT) or Wire Transfer to our Bankers under intimation to us. Part Payment in Advance: For larger orders, 30% value is expected in advance. Balance payment is payable before dispatch of the goods from factory.
Q: Would you please give us some information on shipping mode and charges?
A: There are two normal mode of shipment – “Sea Freight” and “Air Freight”. However we also send through courier or post upon request from clients. The shipping charges vary according to the destination, size of shipment and mode of shipment. C.I.F. rates are quoted if we are informed about the quantity, destination and mode of shipment.
