- Cancellation Conditions: We will only accept a cancellation request in conditions surrounding faulty manufacturing of our implants. Under no other circumstances will a cancellation request be accepted.
- Request Timing: To request a cancellation, please contact our Sales Team as soon as possible after you have received your order. We recommend contacting us within 24 hours of getting the delivery for the best chance of processing your cancellation request.
3. Cancellation Process
- Submit Request: Contact your assigned Sales Executive with the problems you are facing. Provide your order number and reason for cancellation so that we can discuss it with the management and update you with an answer soon.
- Confirmation: Upon receipt of your cancellation request, we will thoroughly process your case with proof and then confirm if the order can be canceled or not.
