The classic range of hemi-arthroplasty prosthesis offers a cost-effective treatment option for femoral neck fractures. Designed to be roughly similar to the anatomical shape of the femoral head. The fenestrated stem promotes bone growth for better fixation. It is commonly used as a salvage prosthesis for femoral neck fractures, nonunions, and fractures with a shortened femoral neck.
